Flour, water and salt - that's all good bread needs. In Prenzlauer Berg we bake hand-shaped loaves with natural sourdough and naturally grown ingredients from the Spreewald.


That bread becomes generously topped sandwiches, from the egg and cream cheese Kiezbrot to grilled sandwiches, plus soups that change with the season. Sandwich catering in Berlin with real bread at its core.
