Vanessa Christina Dsouza is a Learning Experience Design Expert, Leadership Journey Architect, and Facilitator at Yellow and New who believes learning should feel meaningful, human and empowering. With 14+ years of experience, she designs learning programs and experiences that drive real behaviour change, from self-awareness to creative collaboration at work. She creates engaging, creative spaces where people can think, connect, and grow together. She works with organisations, professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and learners across organisations and people transitioning careers.
