This privacy policy describes how Officeguru A/S (“Officeguru”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit our website or use our apps and services.

Officeguru A/S is the data controller, meaning we are responsible for the processing of your personal data – including ensuring that your data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy requirements set by Google Play and Apple App Store for apps that use the camera or photos.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies – small text files stored on your computer or mobile device – to remember your preferences, help us understand how the website is used, and display ads that may be relevant to you.
Cookies cannot contain viruses or other harmful code.
You can delete or block cookies, but doing so may mean that the website does not function optimally, and that ads appear more frequently or are less relevant.
We also use cookies from trusted third parties to deliver our services.
Personal data (website and apps)
Personal data is information that can identify you. We collect it when you use our website, apps, or services – for example, when you visit pages, sign up for newsletters, create an account, use the chat, share files, or make purchases.

Technical details. A unique device ID, IP address, device type and operating system, general location, and which pages or features you use. This data is collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Contact and account details. Name, phone number, email address, postal address, and payment information, if you provide these when creating an account, signing up for a newsletter, or making a purchase.
Chat messages. Text, photos, and files you send via the chat on the website or in the apps, so we can respond to your inquiries and improve our services.
Images and files. If you share a photo, video, or document through the chat, we only process the specific file you choose and its basic details (e.g., when the photo was taken). We do not scan or access your entire photo library.
Camera use. If you take a photo directly in the app or on the website, we only access the camera while you are taking the picture. A clear on-screen indicator shows when the camera is active.
Marketing preferences. Your choices about receiving marketing emails or notifications.
We never use depth data, facial tracking, or similar camera data for marketing, profiling, or data-mining purposes.
Security
We have implemented technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, altered, accessed by unauthorised persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purposes
The information is used to identify you as a user and to display the advertisements most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, and to deliver the services you have requested – such as sending a newsletter.
In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
Data retention
Information is stored for as long as permitted by law and deleted when it is no longer necessary. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage.
For that reason, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information will be deleted.
Data sharing
